- All eligible orders are processed and sent the same day if they are received by 2:00 PM EDT.
- Shipping is not available on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
- Typically, USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Freight Line ship orders.
- PO Boxes are not eligible for UPS or freight services.
- To speed up delivery, orders containing several goods may ship individually.
- Shipping is offered to Puerto Rico (PR), Alaska (AK), and Hawaii (HI).
- Usually, orders are completed and ready for shipping in 0–1 business day.
- Please give your order three to five business days to arrive after it is sent.

- Available Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EDT.
- Saturday & Sunday: Local store pickup not available.
